Percentages are set. So that each set will have a specific weight.
Just like running or any goal. Set your distance whether you start out with
500 yards or 1/2 mile, then increase slowly. In my Bench press journey
I have to start out with Micro pounds. I have these Micro plates, so I can add
up to 1/4 a lift. Mentally its challenging, because you want to make big leaps.
But, since I haven’t done this type of lifting in a long time. I have to let my ligaments,
tendons, etc, etc, adjust. But, we must all try new things.
